Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Refund, and Payment Policy All course registrations are final. **No refunds will be issued.** Students who need to cancel or reschedule must provide at least **30 days' advance notice** before the scheduled course start date. If proper notice is provided, the amount paid may be applied as a **one-time full credit toward the next available scheduled class**, subject to seat availability. Cancellations received less than 30 days before the course, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling. Approved course credits must be used within **one year of the original registration date**. Unused credits expire after one year and are forfeited. Payment Deposits and partial payments are **nonrefundable**. Final payment must be received no later than **14 days before the course start date**. If the balance is not paid by the deadline, Med-Tact may cancel the registration, release the reserved seat, and retain amounts already paid. Substitutions A registered student or sponsoring organization may request to substitute another qualified participant before the course begins. Substitutions are subject to course prerequisites and Med-Tact approval. Med-Tact Cancellations Med-Tact may cancel, postpone, relocate, or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor availability, weather, facility issues, safety concerns, emergencies, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Payments will be transferred as a full credit to the rescheduled course or another available Med-Tact course. Unless otherwise required by law, Med-Tact is not responsible for travel, lodging, airfare, lost wages, or other expenses resulting from a cancellation or schedule change. By registering, reserving a seat, or submitting payment, the purchaser and/or student acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
